Visitors and Visiting...

The month of June consisted of lots of visitors and visiting.....

Marie came to visit for Mike's graduation! Yippee! We always love it when she comes into town.  She had lots of fun being an auntie...

Grandpa Ricks visited for the graduation too! It was fun to have him stay for a few days.  Here we are at Mike's seminary graduation:

We got to watch Mike perform all of his "lasts"at high school. You know, all the last things you do at the end of your 4 years of high school.  Here he is at his last choir concert.  He sang a senior solo to the song "Luck Be A Lady", and he did fantastic.  I thought he was the best, but I know I'm biased. :)

 Fun sibling times...Jeff, Marie & I:
We went and visited home for a few days for all of the graduation festivities.  It was fun to celebrate together and rejoice in the last day of school! Mike is off to BYU in the fall! Lucky duck!

One Saturday, Jeff and I visited and explored Camano Island.  We got a picnic lunch and ate it at the state park.  On the way home we stopped at a cool park.  Jeff enjoyed this cool swing. Why don't all parks have swings like this?

We had a visitor for Father's Day! We had a fun time with Father/Grandpa.

Brielle and I visited a car show at the new library opening.  They had the coolest cars! Brielle was impressed as you can tell by her expression. :)

Doesn't this car below scream "family road trip!!"
Brielle's favorite: the free racer flags:

We've got tons of parks and trails near us.  We visited one and Jeff carried Brielle for the first time in the baby carrier.  How did he make it this long without carrying her in it? I guess I always did until my belly got too big. :)

We had an unexpected visitor - my cousin Keith from Arizona! He happened to have a work conference in the same building where Jeff works! So we spent a few days with him, it was great to catch up.

Hmm..how can I relate this picture to visitor/visiting? Ok, I'll take a visiting maid if anyone wants to come over and clean my place.  Brielle is officially crawling and pulling herself up on everything which creates a little tornado wherever she goes.  I finally buckled down and baby-proofed which helps.  But somehow she still finds all sorts of things to get into. :)

Brielle and I love to visit Jeff at his office.  He just moved offices...he got a promotion, so now he's on the 2nd floor.  Very exciting. :)

It has been unusually hot here in Seattle - 90's, which makes it rough because not many people have air conditioning here - including us! Hey, I know it's nothing like the 100's others have been experiencing around the country, but at least you've got AC! I've been eating lots of Otter pops to keep cool. This pregnant lady doesn't like the heat! Brielle keeps cool by having a pool party on our balcony.  Anyone want to visit and join her?
