February is my favorite month....I just feel happy all month long because everything is about love. There are reds and pinks everywhere and I get spoiled with a birthday AND Valentine's day within a week. Yippee! What a great time to be born.
I had a fun birthday. It was relaxing and low-key. I slept in, ate cookies for breakfast and went shopping in the morning. I went into work in the afternoon and my co-workers had decorated my desk for my birthday!
Needless to say it was hard to get work done that day..... :)
That night Jeff and I went to P.F. Chang's for dinner. Yummy! Here I am with the yummy signature lettuce wraps. I haven't been to P.F. Chang's since living in Provo...yep it's still just as good as I remember.

I got some cute birthday cards and a package from my parents who gave me 2 new church dresses! Thanks Mom & Dad!
Valentine's Weekend was packed full of fun activities....
Friday night we went to our stake Valentine's dance. It was a blast!

Saturday morning my Valentine took me to the temple. That would be a nice Valentine tradition!
That night we had to be "Paparazzi" at a birthday party. Here's the story:
A lady called the theater and asked if there were some actors that could be paparazzi for a 16 year-old birthday party. She would pay for an hour and all they had to do was act like paparazzi. So I signed up, and so did some other actors. Well, one by one all the actors dropped out but me. A week before the party I was scrambling to find people to play paparazzi. So I recruited Jeff and some of the Young Women in my ward. :) My job was to be the interviewer on the red carpet. They had hired a videographer for the party, and I was to be on camera with the guests as they came down the red carpet and ask them typical red-carpet questions. (Who are you wearing? Rumor has it you are dating...., who do you think will win the Oscar tonight??, etc.)

Monday night for Valentine's Day Jeff and I went out for Italian food at a little Italian restaurant by our house. I think we've gone out for Italian food ever since our very first Valentine's when we were dating... yum!
This weekend we had a Murder Mystery party at our house. My parents gave me the game for Christmas, so we invited some of our friends over and played it! It was hilarious....we all had to play a part and then decide who the murderer was after learning all of the details. It was pretty fun and good times with friends.
