In between unpacking, we had some fun around town!
We took the girls to a community Easter Egg hunt. They loved it and were in awe of everyone else getting eggs too.
They waited at the starting line so patiently. I was surprised.
And then it was go time...
Let's zoom in on that determined face...
Brielle put a few in her basket and then let Rosalyn put eggs in while she stood there. Perfect older sister. :)
We couldn't get Brielle to leave the Easter Bunny's side. She was fascinated by him! She stood nearby for 15 minutes while other kids got their pictures with him. She liked him so much! It cracked me up.
Rosalyn turned 18 months! Hurray! We get to take her to nursery now! We are excited to be baby-free in church for the first time since Brielle was born.
She did great, walked in and loved all the toys. It's cute to see Brielle & Rosalyn in nursery together now.
That Sunday was my sister Marie & Jeff's 1st wedding anniversary! So naturally we had to wear our wedding attire to church. Jeff was in his yellow tie, I was in my bridesmaids dress and Rosalyn was in the dress Brielle wore. And I put Brielle in yellow and white too. Congrats Marie & Jeff!
We have been breaking in the house, one mess at a time. Last night I made homemade pizza. The girls wanted to help in the kitchen. They had a grand time and made a grand mess:
Rosalyn has a crib now! The room the girls share has enough room for two cribs...yay! So they have had lots of late night jumping parties as they jump and babble to each other in their cribs. And Rosalyn has been adjusting to having more space to roll around and sleep.
Silly girlies...
