All the mushy details you want to know!

My sister Marie has found the love of her life!! I'm so excited for her! She got engaged on Dec. 16th.
Here's her ring!
Here they are...minutes after getting engaged!

His name is Jeff Chapman.  He's from Walnut Creek, CA.  He's 27.  He served a mission in England. He plays the guitar and piano....maybe more instruments? He graduated from BYU the same time Marie did.  He majored in Entrepreneurship.
I love this picture of them. This was soon after they started dating! How fun to graduate together and have some fun memories in Provo.

They met each other in the same ward. They live in the same complex.  They met back in September 2012.  She started dating someone else, and he waited for her to come around. She finally did, and they have been head over heels for each other ever since.  They started seeing each other every day starting in April this year and fell in love quick.  They went ring shopping, found a ring she loved and he popped the question on Monday after taking a romantic train ride on the Polar Express Heber Creeper. They went on a walk on the same river trail by their place afterwards (where they first held hands and later told each other "I Love You!") and he got on one knee and asked her to marry him.  Of course she said YES! She was so surprised....that's awesome, he totally surprised her!

I got to meet him in July when we took our trip to Utah.  I liked him a lot.  He reminds me of MY Jeff. :) That's right, as we add another Jeff to our family, let's just think about how confusing our get-togethers are going to be the rest of our lives.  He's visiting us for Marie's birthday before Christmas...so it will be funny getting used to 3 Jeffs! Nickname suggestions anyone? I realized the other day that Mike & Claire's kids will have 3 "uncle Jeff's". Funny!

He just moved back to CA to work for his family business doing marketing for them (and much more.) Marie is still in Provo working as the assistant to the Dean of the Marriott School. I'm not sure how long they can live apart. :) I don't know what their wedding date will be, but I can't wait!!

I'm thrilled that she has found such a wonderful man to marry! I can't wait to get to know him better and see them start their lives together. I'm so incredibly happy for her!
