We spent Thanksgiving in Ogden this year with Jeff's family! We had fun as we ate good food, talked, laughed, played with Brielle, made a trip to Provo and Salt Lake City, saw lots of extended family, ate french toast at Kneaders, browsed The Quilted Bear and much more!
Here's Brielle on Thanksgiving with the traditional Tolsma pineapple turkey:
We were all stuffed after a great meal. yummy.
We enjoyed spending time with these two love birds...JoAnna & Robert. She's expecting a baby girl in January! You'd never know it was so close...she is the skinniest/most stylish pregnant babe I know! Cute parents-to-be.
We went to Temple Square in Salt Lake City and saw all the Christmas lights. Here's the crew:
(Yes, all you family members reading this blog...I'm spilling the beans. This is Marie's boyfriend!)
We also spent time with the Tolsma side which was fun. Grandma Tolsma holding Brielle:

Our Thanksgiving weekend ended on a sad and happy note. Grandpa Jay Whitehead passed away. He was declining for a while, so it wasn't unexpected, but that doesn't make it easy. He was a wonderful, kind man and a great grandpa, and I know he will be missed. On a happy note, we added a cute new baby boy to the Tolsma Clan....Tucker Jay Saville was born to Jenny & Ben...named after Grandpa! It was touching to hear the name. Poor baby Tucker was in the NICU for a week, but we are happy to report he is healthy and well and home with his loving family! Lots to be grateful for this Thanksgiving holiday!
