Lots of love at Christmas

We had some members of our ward over for "Empty-nester home evening" last night. Did you know we were attending that every month? Hee hee...it makes me laugh but we LOVE it! We have some wonderful older couples in the ward that get together for FHE every month. They invited us when we moved into the ward and we've been going ever since.

Last night they came over to our place for the first time. We just LOVE having people in our home! After they left I took some pictures of our place and decorations to email my mom and pop. I then decided to make a blog post with them in case there is someone else who wants to see. :)

We have a tiny tree that we pulled out this year. It looked great in our apartment last year, but is a little small for a house. Looks like I'll be getting a big fake tree at the after-Christmas sales I LOVE!

I LOVE this magnetic snow man that Jeff's mom gave us. This picture is for Lori! :) I am seriously thinking of leaving it there all year long to give us some cheer during the hot summer months. hmm.

I LOVE my Rauchermaenner. I got a few German Christmas decorations on my mission that I just cherish. These little wooden guys open up and you light a candle and they smoke out their mouths. Cute!

I made these in 30 minutes one day and hung them outside on our tree. They look cuter than the picture. :)

I LOVE wreaths on my door! I have made one for every season. Here's Christmas!

I LOVE getting dressed up! Last Saturday was Jeff's work party. We ate yummy food, laughed with co-workers and danced like we were 20 again. :) I LOVE the early Christmas present Jeff got me...a new dress!

Don't you just LOVE this holiday season? I sure do!
