Friday night Jeff was almost ready to leave work when his boss came by his desk. He said, thanks for your hard work, here's a $100 check certificate to take your wife out somewhere nice." Wow, was I excited! Thanks Jeff for being such a great employee! His boss recommended a famous expensive steakhouse that he loves...so we made a reservation and pretended we were ritsy rich. And yes, we spent the entire check and more that night. We both had Filet Mignon and it was fabulous. Although I can tell you right now we won't be going back unless we have another free meal. :)
Thursday night we went to a Cowboy's game in the new stadium...Jeff's coworker got us cheap tickets so we all went. This building is just incredible. I can't get over it. Everyone should have the opportunity to go there at least once. It is just breathtaking when you walk inside, these pictures don't do it justice.
Our seats were way high up, but with a screen like that it doesn't even matter! It was fun.
