As most people reading this blog already know...I am the Outreach program director for the theater I work for here. Well, we had our first outreach show! Yippee! I adapted this show from Janeen Brady's Safety Kids and we perform it for audiences of kindergarten thru third grade. This particular show teaches safety rules such as "never talk to strangers", "memorize your telephone number," and "always use the buddy system" etc. The kids loved it, and it was a success! We have performed for 996 students so far....now I have to get some more schools to let us perform! Here are some pictures of my cast I directed:
