YeeHaw!!!

YeeHaw! We had visitors last week, and it was a BLAST! My Mom, and two sisters, Marie & Claire came! Here are some pictures from our adventures.
Sidenote: Jeff really was around....sorry there are no pictures in this post of him...he either took the following pictures, or was at work while we shopped. :) He got a full dose of the Bates Girls!

We went shopping at Sam Moon....no we didn't buy these purses, but we wanted to take pictures with "texas" purses. :)
Side note: Sam Moon is the greatest store. It is a great reason to come to Texas besides visiting us! :) It is a Home Depot-sized store filled with purses and jewelry...for cheap! We didn't go too crazy buying stuff....but it was fun to look at everything!
Claire bought this sparkly pink hat....perfect for a ten year old. She didn't take it off the whole trip after that.

We enjoyed the cowgirl museum together! Fun Fun! I learned about a whole culture I knew nothing about before.
We also went to the "Money Factory" where they print the bills. Did you know they print money in Washington D.C. and Fort Worth? It was awesome! And it made me really greedy. :) We learned so much, it was really fun. Look for an "FW" on your next dollar bill to see if it was printed in Fort Worth!
We were exhausted after all the sight-seeing. It can be tiring to be a tourist!

You can find ANYTHING you want with Texas all over it. Even a bathing suit.

We went to the stockyards which was fun, and saw a rodeo! First time I've ever seen a rodeo. It was very entertaining.

The above picture is of Claire....a little nervous about this bull-riding stuff.

Thanks girls for coming! It was sooo fun!

Who wants to come next??? We've got the blow-up mattress ready to go.... :) Come on down to Texas and we'll show you a good time!
